An AIGC brand film that reimagines familiar movie protagonists as one new character.
Chameleon Studio · Independent concept2026We replaced the protagonists in existing footage with one new character, maintaining a consistent identity across different eras and genres.
The idea begins with a woman watching movies in bed and becoming the protagonist of each story. Rather than generating every scene from scratch, we retained the source footage’s camera motion, performances, lighting and spatial depth while replacing its lead character. Beyond a simple face swap, the focus was on preserving motion, emotion and framing so the new character would feel physically present in each scene. After moving through several cinematic worlds, the film returns to the bedroom and closes with ‘FIND YOUR STORY’.
